A playful visual study focusing on extreme volume inflation and tactile material properties. The project features a single, bright-pink entity whose form transforms from a monolithic, tightly cinched vertical structure into a chaotic, voluminous balloon.
We aimed for a highly satisfying "pop" and soft, squishy appearance. Custom shaders were developed in Blender (Cycles) to render the glossy, high-shine polymer surface, emphasizing how light stretches across the surface as it expands. Special attention was paid to the internal creases and how they are pushed out during the swelling animation.
